The politician business man, Ned Nwoko has made it known to the general public through an interview about Regina Daniels’ virginity status when they got married. He said, “When I met her, I didn’t even know who she was because I don’t watch movies, whether British, Nigerian, or American. Also, I am not a social media person. Up until that time, I didn’t have Facebook or Instagram accounts,”

Ned Nwoko said, he had no knowledge of Regina Daniels until she came to his house with her family on a tour in Aniocha North Local Government Area, Delta State, which is a tourist attraction for many in the region. He went on to reveal how he got attracted and ho his love for Regina Daniels got reinforced when he found out she was a virgin.
He said in his own words, “I liked her when I saw her, especially when I found out that she was from that place. I had always wanted to have somebody (a wife) from my side. We were introduced to each other and one thing led to another,” he said.
“That was when I knew she is a very decent girl. I have always said that I wouldn’t marry anybody who isn’t a virgin and that is very important to me. I married all my wives as virgins.” Regina Daniels’ husband says she was a virgin.

Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko went ahead to tie the knot back in 2019 amidst a wide raging social media controversy. The traditional wedding ceremony of both Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko took place on Sunday, May 26, 2019, in Aniocha local government area, Delta State. The arrival of their first child brought much talk on social media platforms.

Regina’s mother, Rita Daniels, also an actress and chairperson of Actors Guild of Nigeria, Delta State chapter, nurtured her to fame. Regina caught the heart of any Nigerians at a tender age of seven after featuring in some movies.
Regina was famous in the Asaba Nollywood caucus but began to command attention especially on social media, after former Vice President Atiku Abubakar appointed her his youth campaign coordinator for Nollywood in January. Long befor the romantic relationship Regina Daniel was a social media star. She is quite popular in the social media world, as she currently boasts almost 6 million Instagram followers.
About the husband
Ned Nwoko on the other hand, has had a long-time affair with the Nigerian entertainment scene having bankrolled some movie projects in the past. The billionaire-politician also financed his wife’s latest movie project ‘The Enemy I know’ which featured musician, Naira Marley. The movie was reported to gulp a whooping sum of N150m. He served in the House of Representatives from 1999 to 2003. In May 2019, the Independent National Electoral Commission withdrew the certificate of return given to Peter Nwaoboshi, his opponent for the Delta North Senatorial District and presented it to him. Ned, however, lost out on July 16 after the Supreme Court dismissed the petition he filed against the primary election of Peter Nwaoboshi.
